Between 2001 and 2005, Frank Reiss was a Vice President at JPMorgan with global responsibility for the global clearance strategy and product development.

Before re-joining JPMorgan, Frank Reiss was with BNP Paribas in Paris where he was head of product development for multi direct clearing and custody (MDCC). Here he made significant achievements in the development and promotion of clearing products to Europe's broker-dealer and global custodians community.

Frank Reiss first joined JPMorgan in Paris in 1986. He held a variety of positions there until 1995 including: head of Settlement, Custody, Securities Lending Operations and Mutual Fund Administration.

He holds a Master degree in Finance from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP).
